Mangus, Inc. is a proud second-generation builder in Routt County. From a young age, owner and operator, Shea Mangus demonstrated a strong work ethic and a dedication to excellence. As a Steamboat native, local residents could witness Shea filling his days working hard, picking up trash in between two-a-days for the SSHS football team. After high school, Shea pursued a BS in Construction Management from CSU and then returned to the Yampa Valley to continue the legacy of the Mangus name, working alongside his father. Eventually, Shea followed in his father’s footsteps and took over the family company, continuing Mangus, Inc. and the quality craftmanship established early on.

Shea now runs the company alongside his wife, Kelly, and an incredibly talented crew of carpenters and supervisors. His son, Connor also joins the team during the summers, continuing the Mangus family tradition.

With a passion for quality, custom, and construction, Shea loves his work, and his close relationships with vendors, clients, and employees demonstrate his dedication and joy working in the industry.
