Second, workers, including our job supervisor Todd, were on site just about EVERY day making progress. Todd ensured that the subcontractors would show up when they were supposed to and came back when needed for repairs or changes. Our remodel (taking our kitchen, dining room, powder room, laundry, and pantry down to the studs and starting over ) was finished in about three and half months, one week EARLIER than their original estimate. The total costs were in line with estimates, the billing was clear and concise, and we are VERY happy with the finished product. In a time when significant cost overruns and delays seems to be the norm for most residential construction projects, the Mangus team managed every aspect of our project to be finished on time and on budget. They pushed out the entry area, replaced rotted flooring, and added additional space inside the house that really opened up the living room area. They added closet space into what was previously the entry area, took out the popcorn ceilings, removed the carpets, installing laminate floors in its place, and installed our new front door.
